How good is the rain? The way it sounds, the way it smells, the way it feels.
There is something about the rain that just makes me feel better. I’ve written briefly of my love of rain before but this last few weeks have been hot and dry. Great is you want to dry washing in 30 minutes, great if you like that feeling at night of trying to sleep in a fan forced oven, great if you are cold blooded. Not great if you like the cold and the rain….like me.
The plants grow better with rain rather than tap water. The rain is natures way of having its own shower and getting clean. It washes away the dust and dirt. It’s relaxing in bed with a cup of tea and a book. Its relaxing full stop.
I totally took this not in a crap load of traffic. And totally without touching my phone….
I don’t believe in umbrella’s. How can you not believe in something when its an actual thing? Well I don’t believe in using an umbrella. If the weather is rainy then its a sign you are meant to get rained on. And I’m ok with that. It makes me feel like I am a part of the world, and not just standing on it.
